Anchovy Festival in Bodrum
Organized by the Bodrum Black Sea Culture and Solidarity Association every year, the 5th anchovy Festival was held on January 12, 2020, at Bodrum Pier Square. The festival, which was in great demand from the public, continued with activities lasting throughout the day. 2.5 tons of anchovies were cooked and served in pans. Food and handicrafts of the Black Sea region were introduced and sold. The festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm with participants from Bodrum and surrounding provinces. Eren Budaklı, who is Nautica Goods' official, said that such festivals contributed greatly to the economy of the region and that it was important for the promotion of different regions to the new generations in terms of culture and art.
