The subject of the Perfect Storm Movie

From the autumn of 1991, the boat named Andrea Gill starts a journey. This journey starts from Gloucester- Massachusetts. The boat that takes anchor from here continues on its way to the North Atlantic. However, two weeks before this journey begins, unprecedented events begin to occur in history. The news of the things that will happen after the movie starts in this way is sensed to the audience. A real-life story has been successfully transferred to the big screen. The captain of the ship named Andrea Gill is Billy Tyne. Billy and six others go hunting for swordfish. This hunting ceremony has been a long and tiring process. However, Captain Tyne is not happy with the result, as this hunt is inefficient. He thinks that they should take a new journey. He argues that if they go to the east side, their chances will be higher. Tyne's teammates disagree with the idea of a new journey, suggesting that they were very tired at a earlier time. However, when the need to earn money occurs, the team joins Tyne's thought. And captain Billy Tyne travels east with his crew of six.

The journey continues with Andrea Gail's ship for a while without any problems. However, the air suddenly starts to deteriorate. People on the boat feel that a big storm is coming. He wants to come back. However, the radio connection of the boat was broken. The crew has to fight waves that reach thirty meters in height.

The struggle between the perfect storm and nature is reflected in the screens. Especially the scenes given towards the end of the movie show this struggle successfully. The actor, who plays the lead role of the movie, reflected his relationship with nature, which was made realistic by the many effects used.
